Sharing Your Information with Partner Spas

When you opt in to hear from our spa partners, we may share the personal information you provide — including your name, email address, and contact number — with selected Luxe Spa Days partner spas for the purpose of contacting you as per your request.

Who we share your data with

We only share your information with spas that are listed and active on the Luxe Spa Days platform. We do not sell, rent, or pass your data to any third party outside of our partner network, and we do not share your data with any partner spa without your explicit consent.

Your rights under UAE law

In accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate data
• Withdraw your consent to data sharing at any time
• Request deletion of your personal data from our systems and those of our partners

How to withdraw consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at customerservice@luxespadays.com Upon receipt of your request, we will cease sharing your data with partner spas within 30 days and will notify relevant partners accordingly. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Data retention

Your data will be retained by Luxe Spa Days for as long as your account remains active or as required by UAE law. Partner spas who have received your data prior to withdrawal of consent are required under our partner agreement to delete your information upon notification.
